1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sportp website (sportp.cam) or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms govern your use of the sportp platform, including all games, sports betting, casino games, slots, bingo, esports wagering, promotional offers, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the sportp platform.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

sportp reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective immediately upon publication on the sportp website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. Continued use of the sportp platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification where feasible, but such notification does not waive your responsibility to stay informed.

1.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. sportp operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the official gaming regulator in the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your use of the sportp platform, or any transaction conducted on sportp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using sportp, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.

1.4 Age Restriction and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for a sportp account, deposit funds, or place any bet or wager on the sportp platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. sportp reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and voiding of all bets. It is a criminal offense to allow a minor to gamble. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing the sportp platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register for a sportp account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from sportp or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

sportp is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. Upon registration or at any time thereafter, sportp may request that you submit documents to verify your identity, age, and address. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or Postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, and forfeiture of bonuses. sportp reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during withdrawal processing.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to register only one (1) sportp account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If sportp detects or suspects duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or close all related accounts, void all bets, confiscate all winnings, and forfeit all deposits and bonuses. This restriction applies even if the duplicate accounts were created unintentionally. If you forget your login credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a new account.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sportp account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify sportp customer support immediately. sportp is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account if such use resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

sportp accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20), and over-the-counter methods (7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your sportp account instantly. Bank transfers may take 5–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. sportp does not charge any fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and your account verification status.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your sportp account at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), you must have met all wagering requirements for any active bonuses, and you must withdraw using the same payment method you used to deposit (unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method may be used). Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: e-wallets (GCash, Maya) are processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers are processed within 1–3 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱500,000, with a daily withdrawal limit of ₱2,000,000 and a monthly withdrawal limit of ₱10,000,000. Higher limits may be available to VIP players. sportp reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. sportp does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may impose its own fees.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

sportp is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before the funds can be withdrawn. This means that if you deposit ₱1,000, you must place at least ₱1,000 in bets before you can withdraw the deposited amount. sportp reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions, unusual betting patterns, or attempts to circumvent our AML policy. If sportp suspects money laundering activity, we may freeze your account, void all bets, confiscate all funds, and report the activity to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on sportp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit or withdraw using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and may charge a currency conversion fee. sportp is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Terms

sportp offers various bonuses and promotions to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the sportp Promotions page and in the terms of each individual promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses require a minimum deposit of ₱100 and must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but are typically between 10x and 40x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

4.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games typically contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% if the odds are 1.50 or higher; bets on odds lower than 1.50 contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each promotion.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

sportp reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing bets on opposite outcomes to guarantee a profit (hedging), using automated betting software or bots, colluding with other players, exploiting software glitches or errors, or any other behavior that sportp deems to be an attempt to gain an unfair advantage. sportp's decision on bonus abuse is final and binding.

4.4 Maximum Bet Limits

When playing with bonus funds, you must not exceed the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet per spin or hand while using bonus funds is ₱100. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

5. Betting Rules and Fair Play

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on sportp are final and cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are correct before confirming them. sportp is not liable for any errors made by you when placing a bet. If a bet is placed on an incorrect outcome, the wrong amount, or the wrong event, sportp is under no obligation to void or amend the bet. All bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant sports league, tournament organizer, or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, sportp's decision is final and binding.

5.2 Voiding of Bets

sportp reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: if the bet was placed after the event started (late bets), if there was a technical error or malfunction that affected the outcome, if the bet was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, if the bet violated any of these Terms & Conditions, or if sportp suspects that the bet was placed as part of a collusion, match-fixing, or other fraudulent scheme. If a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account, and no winnings are paid.

5.3 Maximum Payouts

sportp reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bets or bet types. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum payout per bet is ₱10,000,000 (ten million pesos). The maximum payout per day is ₱50,000,000 (fifty million pesos). These limits may be adjusted for VIP players or specific events. In the event that a winning bet exceeds the maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit, and the excess will not be paid.

5.4 Collusion and Fraudulent Activity

Any form of collusion, cheating, hacking, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If sportp detects or suspects that you are engaging in such activity, we will immediately suspend your account, void all bets, confiscate all winnings and deposits, and report the matter to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities. sportp employs advanced fraud detection systems and works closely with sports integrity organizations to identify and prevent fraudulent betting activity.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

sportp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools and resources to help you stay in control of your gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion options, and reality checks. We encourage all players to use these tools to manage their gambling responsibly.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you can request self-exclusion from the sportp platform. Self-exclusion periods are available in increments of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your account, deposit funds, or place bets. You will also be removed from all marketing communications. To request self-exclusion, contact our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible once confirmed, and your account will remain closed for the entire exclusion period. 6.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

sportp takes underage gambling very seriously. We employ age verification technology and KYC procedures to prevent minors from accessing the platform. If we discover that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the account, void all bets, and forfeit all deposits and winnings. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing the sportp platform. We recommend using parental control software to block gambling websites on devices used by minors.

7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

7.1 Ownership

All content on the sportp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of sportp or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the sportp platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the sportp platform without our prior written consent.

7.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use the sportp platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or place bets; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any sportp software; interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform; uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code; impersonating another person or entity; harvesting or collecting personal information of other users; or using the platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranty

The sportp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. sportp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform. Your use of the sportp platform is at your own risk.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, sportp and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the sportp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. This limitation of liability applies even if sportp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall sportp's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your sportp account in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Force Majeure

sportp shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, internet service provider failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by sportp

sportp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious or fraudulent activity, collusion or cheating, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or any other behavior that sportp deems detrimental to the integrity of the platform. If your account is suspended or terminated, all pending bets will be voided, and any funds in your account may be forfeited if the suspension or termination resulted from a material breach of these terms.

9.2 Closure by Player

You may close your sportp account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to the sportp platform, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

All disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
